Parkstone Championship Cup – to be held for one year by the competitor with the best Scratch Score over 36 holes.
In the event of a tie for Parkstone Cup, 3 hole play off then sudden death. All other ties will be by reference to the best score for the last 18, 9, 6 or 3 holes.
Weymouth Golden Jubilee Cup - to be held for one year by the competitor returning the best Net Score over 36 holes.
In the event of a tie for Weymouth Cup all ties will be by reference to the best score for the last 18, 9, 6 or 3 holes.
Donald Holmes Championship Cup - to be held for one year by the winner of the 72 hole aggregate of the 36 hole scratch stroke play score in both County Championship and the Stroke Play Championship.
In the event of a tie for the Donald Holmes Championship Cup, decision will be by reference to the best score for the last 36, 18, 9, 6 or 3 holes.
Entry limited to 60 players, handicap index limit 6.4, balloting out by handicap a player must be of Amateur Status as defined by the Royal and Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews, must not have taken part in a County Championship of another County Union (this being the Championship in which the winner qualifies to play in the English Golf Union County Champions Tournament) or have represented another County Union at golf in the 12 months previous to the starting date of the event in question, must conform to the handicap limits which are included in the regulations of the event, and must be a member of a Member Club or must be born in Dorset and be a member of a Club affiliated to another County Union.
