Dorset Seniors County Championship 2023

Congratulations to Gary Earl from Ferndown Golf Club, Dorset County Seniors Champion 2023.
Scoring 71 & 75 for a +2 total, in testing conditions on a superbly presented Parkstone course, Gary claimed victory over his long-time pal Philip Bill by just one shot. Phil (below), also from Ferndown, was the winner of the nett Championship with John Pounder (Yeovil Golf Club) third in the main event - a single shot separating all three players. John Smith (Parkstone), pictured below, won the Over 65 gross prize with Robert Dilkes (Knighton Heath) winning the nett prize.
Stephen Robinson (Weymouth), Rhys Francis (Parkstone) & Mark Stickley (Came Down) all claimed podium spots and received prizes. Well done to all the competitors and huge thanks to Parkstone Golf Club for hosting another successful County event.
